Job Description
Regional Manager - IT Software Sales (Product Based Company)
  • Manage relationships with CXO level professionnals to sell our ATS and Digital Onboarding Solution.
  • Manage sales pipeline in CRM system for predictable revenue generation, prioritization and forecasting.
  • Manage direct hires on training and territorial management by identifying key accounts in each territory.
  • Recognize as trusted subject matter expert all in SaaS, HRIS and ATS.
  • Call on a wide variety of customers across industries HR Heads & Recruitment Heads.
  • Have outstanding working relations with OEM customers and internal customer support while having to deal with challenging delivery schedules.
  • Establish and proposition new partnerships and opportunities.
  • Cementing relationships with key stake holders; to raise regional operating profit.
  • Maximize market penetration by researching new business opportunities through various internet websites and business journals as well as generate own database.
  • Create marketing content for pages and promotional initiatives, newsletter design and implementation, create designed and produce PowerPoint presentations.
