Title: CFO   , Only Female Candidate 

Location: Bangalore

Role: A key role which would be reporting to the CEO, handling financial accounting, plant commercial, costing, taxation, and managing the entire supply chain/procurement, Responsible for statutory and internal audits.

Desired Skills & Traits:

• CA with 8+ years of experience in Corporate and Plant Accounting
• Understanding of the alcohol/beverage industry preferred
• Analytical mind with eye for detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel ) / & Tally
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
• Self-starter and ability to take initiative in other roles.
• Politically agile.
• Experience in leading and managing team
• Assertive, confident and potential to shoulder responsibilities with the CFO’s of JV ventures

• Key Responsibilities Include:
• Ensuring correct accounting of all the transactions & payments, preparation & submission of all the financial statements periodically.
• Quarterly stocks take and Inventory valuation.
• Preparation of the distillery & capex budgets along with the computation for all capex proposals.
• Forecasting & managing funds.
• Setting up right processes & SOPs, manage Internal Controls for all commercial processes and ensuring compliance of the same for all procurements and payments.
• Ensuring end-to-end VAT compliance and assessments and preparation and receipt of VAT subsidy claims.
• Take care of product and process costing and manage petty cash and imprest at the distillery.
• Take-up Cost Control and lead initiatives on cost savings.
• P&L & Balance Sheet Accounting
• Support CEO with Debtor and Creditor Management
• Support CEO with Cash Flow Management
• Support CEO with monthly Analytical P&L by Profit Center Wise P&L / Market Wise P&L / Brand Wise P&L
• Support to CEO on all Finance, costing matters.
• Play a key role as member of management team.
• Secretarial knowledge – managing legal affairs and Liasioning.
• Responsible for Sales Accounting, invoicing
• Preparing and managing Cost Cards and work with commercial team on Excise matters
• Knowledge of Third Party Tie up accounting and fund management
• Work with Banks & Financial Institutions to raise funds as and when required.
