Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing key accounts, identifying business opportunities to increase revenue and growth, creating and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and performing data analysis to inform decision-making processes.



  • Analytical skills and experience in data analysis
  • Account management and Key accounts handling experience
  • Excellent business planning skills with the ability to identify business opportunities for revenue generation and growth of accounts
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Experience in the recruitment and hiring industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
