Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in processing of payroll, it would include:

  • Collate payroll inputs from various stakeholders
  • Automation and working on process improvements
  • Collating and prepare FnF inputs 
  • Preparing reports and dashboards
  • Verification of Investment Proofs
  • Preparation of Monthly deliverables
  • Timely preparation of reports for statutory tax payments including TDS, EPF, ESIC, PT and LWF
  • Responding to client and/or employee queries
  • Performing monthly compliance under different acts
  • Participate in value addition for defining new processes and/or improving existing processes
  • Work closely with seniors to execute assignments

Desired Profile :

  • 5-7 years of experience in payroll processing
  • M.com/MBA
  • Control over review of the input and output
  • Knowledge of Payroll and related tax laws (Income Tax Act, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF)
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word and PPT)
  • Experience of working on Payroll Software
  • Understanding of Processes
