Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidate should have experience in conducting risk based regulatory audits in cybersecurity (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, UIDAI guidelines, payment and settlement systems, data localization and protection, Information Security Controls, ISO27001 ISMS and BCMS, Enterprise Risk Management, etc. covering following activities: Preparing risk and control matrices. Planning for field work. Day to day guidance to Associates/Consultants/AM/Managers working in the team Management of time and cost on the project code The candidate will have to review design and implementation and operating effectiveness of the cybersecurity, and technology processes to provide management with an assessment of business risks, control gaps, and the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the process. The candidate may be required to travel outstation for approximately 30-50% of the time. Candidate should be willing to work extended hours based on the requirements of assignment Candidate would be working in a client facing environment Timely billing and collections from the clients Support seniors and independently work on business development initiatives including preparations of proposals and budgets. Adherence to the laid down quality procedures and ensure the quality of deliverables being released to the client. Provide periodic technical trainings to the team members Desired Profile:
Experience: Minimum 10 years Education: Qualified BE/Btech or ME/MTech or MBA IT/IS Prior experience in Cybersecurity Regulatory Audits will be an added advantage. Any additional certifications like CISA, or CISM, will be an added advantage. Skill Set: -
Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team environment Ability to work effectively and utilize project management skills to manage tasks according to strict deadlines Extensive knowledge on presenting facts, findings and observations to interested parties, including internal and external auditors Demonstrating experience as a team leader by creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner, and keeping the leadership informed of any progress or issues
