Roles & Responsibilities:

Support in CoE (Center of excellence) development for the selected Cyber areas such as OT Security
Support in internal progress discussions
Deliver projects in OT Security / Cyber Security requirements of IT and OT for Industrial control systems
Manage the client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, etc. and also manage the team expectations
Manage the project financials including timely billing, collections
Ensure the utilization of the team members
Contribute towards developing and upskilling the team members
Multi-tasking with multiple client requirements

Desired Profile:

Education: IT Background, Knowledge of Operational Technology infastructure and environment.
5-7 years of experience in OT and OT Security
Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Experience in managing the projects
Relevant experience of Operational Technology (DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMIs).
Complete knowledge of security requirements of Operational Technology.
Experience in performing the security assessment of OT environment.
