Job Description
Provide project monitoring support for ongoing projects under SIDBI Cluster Development Fund in terms of coordination with various stakeholders such as PgMC, IDCO line officers, line departments, SIDBI etc.
Provide project updates to top management and shall be responsible for organizing review meetings for SCDF projects.
Preparation of Institutional framework for MSME Cluster Development / SIDBI project implementation.
Preparation/ review of scheme guidelines/ policy for MSME Cluster development
Preparation of DPR (excluding estimates and BoQ) for MSE-CDP/ CFC/ SFURTI or any other scheme for cluster development program under Ministry of MSME, Government of India.
Coordination with MSME Development Institute (DI), Government of India, Director of Industries (DI) and Department of MSME, Government of Odisha for timely submission of project reports/ UC/ compliance to EFCs or SFCs/ preparation of EFC/ SFC for MSME schemes/ reporting of MSE-CDP projects as single point of contact (SPOC) for MSME Department.
