Job Description

Primary responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leadership, central HR functions to drive / implement business specific intervention.
  • Drive strategic HR interventions and create awareness
  • Manage end to end performance management cycle.
  • Responsible for rich onboarding experience of employees
  • Work closely in building employee relations.
  • Execute engagement plan for employees.
  • Engage with low performing teams and track progress
  • Engage with leaders and enhance connect sessions with team members
  • Conduct action planning workshops with stakeholders and ensure timely check-ins on the progress made
  • Drive monthly culture conversations and manage day to day concerns/grievances received from 
  • Strong in execution of the projects responsible for.
  • Conduct diagnosis, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and develop action plans
  • Manage HR Operation tasks and end to end employee life cycle activities from induction to F&F.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to resolve People concerns in BU.
