Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Pursuing opportunities beyond the scope to develop both new and existing skillsets.
  • Resolving issues proactively which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty.
  • Understanding Transfer Pricing case laws, working on case rulings, data assessments, litigation matters.
  • Leading Transfer Pricing advisory engagements and Tax reviews for clients.
  • Coaching the team and encouraging them to take ownership of their project developments.
  • Analysing complex ideas or proposals and building a range of meaningful recommendations.
  • Using multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop and propose solutions.
  • Identifying and addressing sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
  • Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcome for all parties involved.
  • Focusing on building trusted relationships.
  • Effectively managing quality of assignments delivered by the team.
  • Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

 

Desired Profile:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Tax and Transfer Pricing division
  • Qualified CA / CFA / MBA / M. Com
  • Prior exposure to Go Systems, tax research databases and/or other tax-related software beneficial
  • Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Client facing experience is preferred
  • Willingness to travel

Skill Set: -

  • Good knowledge of the processes of tax and accounting advisory practices
  • Project co-ordination with proper analysis of Income Tax laws and Global transfer pricing guidelines
  • Strong inter personal skills, Leadership and Team building ability.
  • Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements
  • Ability to successfully interact with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to research taxation topics and communicate or compose written analysis effectively
  • Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other MS Office programs
