Roles and responsibilities:

• Assistance in handling/ Servicing Corporate Secretarial, FEMA and other regulatory client  
• Supervision, mentoring and development of the reporting staff and managing attrition at Tier II and Tier III level
• Ensure quality client service to all the Regulatory clients (outside & inhouse)
• Ensure timely completion of all regulatory assignments and billings
• Ensure timely collection of invoices
• Ensure timely release of all the updates at Firm level
• Ensure good relationship at Firm level
• Assistance in preparation of go to market strategy
• Ensure utilisation of all resources

 Desirable profile:

• Degree holder and member of ICSI (Mandatory )
• LLB/MBA ( Additional )
• 10 to 12 years- relevant experience gained from professional firms in client servicing environment
• Knowledge about corporate and labour laws   
• Practical knowledge about various provisions of Corporate Laws
• Team handling experience
• Knowledge about compliances under various corporate laws
• Excellent working knowledge about Companies Act & FEMA
• Experience in audits under Companies Act & FEMA
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Skill Set :

• Team handling and co-ordination
• Good project management skills
• Strong client management skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written
• Good Team player/ leader
