Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Transfer Pricing returns and documentation
• Preparation of Memo for advisory engagements
• Audits for TP engagements
• Assessment submissions, research on case laws etc.
• Preparation of tax alerts/ summary on recent direct tax judgments
• Research and assistance in preparation of research papers to formulate the firm’s positions on direct tax issues
• Keeping regular track on latest TP developments and preparing summaries 
• Research for internal and external technical sessions
• Assisting on any other assignments from a TP perspective, as may be required

Desired Profile:

• Education: CA
• 0-1 years of experience
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Good research skills

Skill Set:

• Ability to carry out research on TP issues
• Basic knowledge on TP law
• MS profeciency
• Working knowldge of Tax computations, Audits etc.
