Job Role :
1. Drafting function, asset and risk (FAR) analysis, preparing industry overview, conducting comparability analysis on Indian and foreign databases. Should be well versed in using Indian and foreign databases.
2. Preparing transfer pricing accountant?s report and transfer pricing documentation reports.
3. Preparing technical submissions for assessments & appellate level and representation before the Tax Officer/ Appellate level
4. Knowledge of the transfer pricing case laws
5. Having basic level of knowledge of Global Transfer Pricing Development (OECD / BEPS)
