Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Solely handle projects, with minimal intervention from senior team members
  • Drive the solution thinking within the project team with minimal assistance
  • Manage relevant client stakeholders in complex and intense consulting assignments
  • Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive sales effort
  • Manage the project economics by managing invoicing, collections and managing project expenses
  • Drive Knowledge Management - mentor & develop young consultants
  • Support proposals and other business development activities
  • Lead, guide and develop individual team members on specific skill sets
  • Demonstrate leadership capability in a team environment: take initiatives and resolve problems in an innovative manner, create opportunities for others, and take risks as seen through leadership roles
  • Demonstrate integrity, values, principles and strong work ethic

  Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA, CA or equivalent (Post Graduate degree) from a top School
  • At least 5 - 7 years of client facing consulting experience or equivalent experience in a corporate strategy role within a leading corporation

 Skill Set:

  • Benchmarking, opportunity analysis, market and comparative analysis
  • Ability to build future state business models for clients
  • Financial modelling & analysis is a must
  • Scenario Analysis and go to market strategy experience
  • Primary research, statistical modelling, market segmentation, customer journey mapping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (ability to create accurate spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint and reports in Word documents
  • Strong structured problem solving and analysis skills, particularly in market, operational and financial areas
  • Should have excellent presentation and executive presence along with stakeholder management and communication skills including a proven ability to team with diverse cultures and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (On/ Off shore) with minimal supervision and manage teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Exemplary co-ordination skills
