Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:

    ?  Advising clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant in their business analysis 

    ?  Work effectively on complex client issues related to global, regional and domestic projects as well as comprehensive restructuring along with the team 

    ?  Manage various compliance, DT review, DT due diligence assignments and work effectively on critical client issues along with the team 

    ?  Regular review of deliverables prepared by team members 

    ?  Effective handling of overall timelines and quality deliverable to the clients and managing client accounts independently 

    ?  Developing and maintaining relationship with clients and regulatory authority and acting as SPOC for escalations and other client issues 

    ?  Handling litigation matters of clients including representing the client before authorities, etc. 

    ?  Handling MIS preparation and tracking billings and receivables 

    ?  Proactively assisting in the management of client portfolios, while reporting to Partners/ Directors 

    ?  Active involvement in business research opportunities and development activities on new/ existing clients. 

    ?  Involving in extensive research on various critical litigative issues and assisting Directors and Partners in taking final decisions 

    ?  Conducting regular technical trainings/ knowledge sharing sessions within the team 

    ?  Engaging in article writing 

 Desired Profile: 

    ?  Education: CA/ LLB with relevant exposure in Direct Tax 

    ?  8-10 years of post-qualification experience  

    ?  Support in Business development activities and articulated presentations in different public forums 

Skill Set: - 

    ?  Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) 

    ?  Client facing experience with ability to build good relationship with them 

    ?  Leadership and people management skills 

    ?  Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other MS Office programs
