Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Client facing strategic HR consulting role with Growth Advisory team with a focus on organization design and effectiveness engagements.
  • Responsible for directly supporting engagement leaders and managers in delivering excellence on HR advisory client engagements.
  • Support engagement level relationships through direct and indirect client interaction
  • Actively delivers content for branding activities through various channels
  • Stays abreast with key developments in the talent management space
  • Deliver quality and consistency on own deliverables
  • Maintains visibility about own delivery areas across engagement team and minimizes rework
  • Ensures deliverables and solutions are tailored to client needs and of high quality to facilitate actionable advice
  • Learn on the job and through trainings to take on bigger and better responsibilities

  Desired Profile:

  • MBA : 0 to 2 years’ experience or
  • Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Excellent business communication (written and verbal)
  • Excellent in PowerPoint and excel

 Skill Set:

  • Theoretical knowledge and understanding in organization design and effectiveness, including:
  • Vision and Mission articulation
  • Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard design and implementation
  • Organization Structure design and implementation
  • Performance management framework/ architecture design
  • Compensation structuring
  • Variable pay plan (performance incentives, bonuses, sales incentives) design and implementation
  • Long term incentive plan design and implementation (ESOPs, SARs etc.)
  • Teamwork and collaboration
