Good experience of working in both HR operations and HR strategy/organization development/organization effectiveness projects ? Design and implement strategic HR interventions that aligns workforce with key business strategies ? Design interventions for culture transformation, creating a coaching culture, building high performing teams, talent development, employee engagement in hybrid model, etc. ? Strong in execution of the projects responsible for ? Conduct thorough research on best practices and interventions ? Conduct diagnosis, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and develop action plans ? Track and report progress Desired skills ? Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and MS word ?
