Roles & Responsibilities:

Your role will involve advising Corporate Foundations, NGOs, International Donors, and Multi-lateral agencies on Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Development based projects covering elements like Project Evaluation, Need Assessment, Baseline Study, Impact Study, Project Audit, Expense Audit, Project Monitoring, etc.

You will be required to work in multiple capacities – as an individual, as a team member to deliver the assigned work with clear ownership. It will also involve frequent travel to rural and urban locations for data collection, community interactions, and study local demographics.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Social Science / Economics / Business / Maths / Commerce / or an equivalent qualification
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, preferred in CSR/Development space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skill Set: -

• Excellent grip on the English language – written and spoken
• Excellent grips on MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Proficiency in analytical and logical reasoning
• Ability to gather information from various sources under limited guidance 
• Ability to conduct research studies and write knowledge papers and articles
• Ability to prepare business proposals and case profiles
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders – community, administration, partners, CBOs, etc
• Ability to work with multiple teams and maintain a seamless flow of deliverables
