Process analysis and Testing Engineer for WCGT360 PROFILE SUMMARY: Exposure of over 5 to 7 years in system analysis, testing, design, RDBMS, SQL queries and working knowledge of the ERP/CRM. Location: - Gurugram Key Expertise ? Overall Design, analysis, implementation knowledge of ERP/CRM systems. ? Excellent understanding of SQL queries, SQL query Optimization. ? Experience in creating use-cases of testing, system process analysis. ? Basic working knowledge and understanding of ASP.Net and C# with HTML, CSS, and database management system ? Good Understanding of process knowledge of ERP/CRM system. Having process knowledge of ERP/CRM modules as PM, AR, AP, HR etc. modules ? Comfortable in discussing the requirements with Process Owners, documenting, and analysing before conveying to development Team ? Assist Development Team for finalizing the Effort Estimation and Communicating to Process Owners Responsibilities: WCGT360: ? Test cases for each new process designed for any module OR mobile application ? Testing result to vendor to make robust process implementation ? New requirement analysis in terms of other process impact ? Process impact analysis with feasible results ? Users issues resolution Qualifications: Mandatory: ? Previous experience in ERP/CRM process implementation and testing. ? Experience in process impact analysis ? Good Understanding of SQL query with SQL optimization. ? BE/BTech(IT/CS)/MTech/MCA with 5 to 7 year experience. Desirable: ? Must have worked on SaaS Model Application Support Profile ? Able to provide Extended Support on the Application Modules ? Must be able to Multitask and prioritize the requirements/tasks ? Must be able to work on relational database and comfortable in executing SQL queries.
