Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the R & R practice
• Responsible for preparation of all documentation / structuring relating to mandates
• Assist the team head in achieving the budgeted revenue.
• Interact with lenders community at large to generate market understanding
• Ability to execute project, prioritize workload and manage client relationships on site.
• Responsible for managing key client portfolio and building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, clients and lenders.
• Identification of key issues.
• Management of and contribution to the development of subordinates, including timely and objective feedback on every job.
• Ensure high quality in client service by informing supervisors of engagement status and managing staff performance.

Desired Profile:

• CA/MBA(Finance)
• 1 - 4 years of experience.
• Prior experience in a professional consultancy firm is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, issue identification/prioritization/ resolution
• Strong Negotiation Skills; Persuasiveness and Ownership attitude
• Should be willing to travel
