Contribute to the annual P&C objectives and priorities in alignment with the People Priorities of RISE• Coordinate between functions like TA, HR Ops, HRBP and L&D for proactive support at all stages of employee-life cycle• Work on Talent Development, and Retention initiatives as an alternate solution of external hiring• Engage in Job/Competency Matching/Benchmark with C&B vendor for roles subject to review• Drive E-Sat Survey and actional plans with the focus areas• Build pay-ranges & bonus matrix, and revise to remain current and relevant• Bring in industry best practices on R&R, Employee Engagement, OD and Retention• Plan for the business seasons/initiatives considering the upstream & downstream activities• Influence business Leaders and Managers to be on the right side of Ethical and Legal people practicesSupervisory Responsibilities:• Ability to influence, mediate, coach, pass on feedback to peers/ non-reporting juniors• Pre-emptive management of issues• Build succession plan for all critical and back-up plan for all operational roles of P&C
