Job Description

 

Technical skills:

 

  • Payroll Accounting
  • Co-ordinate Payroll processing with 3rd party vendor
  • Reconcile the accuracy of payroll & other benefits
  • Come with ideas on compensation & Benefits based on industry benchmarks & above
  • Have updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all process in scope

 

Leadership Skills:

 

  • Lead a small team for the above activities
  • Ability to bring new insights to the process & focus on de-risking the process through cross training, SOPs, etc
  • Ability to articulate to the Executive Leadership the activities in a concise form and develop dashboards for timely oversight
  • Ability to take charge in ambiguity & bring various proposals for decision making

 

Educational & Experience Qualifications:

 

  • A degree/Diploma/CA/MBA will be an added advantage
  • Direct working experience in Payroll, Comp & Benefit will be preferred
  • Minimum 5 years plus experience in the relevant field
  • Fluent in verbal & written communication and having advanced knowledge on MS Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word)

 

Location:

  • Bangalore is the only location & we prefer Work from Office in a hybrid/flexible environment.
