BDO is looking to hire HR Operations professionals:

  • Assistant Manager/ Senior Associate– 7 to 10 years

Experience in HR Operations which includes Preparation of Letters, Compliance, Policies, Payroll, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Vendor Management, Data Management, Reports, HR Helpdesk, Handling operation, Handling employee queries HR Operations

 

Knowledge Skill and Experience:

 

• Expert in HR Operations and Good knowledge of HRMS systems. Prior work experience in Oracle PeopleSoft is preferred.

• Experience with business intelligence tools including reporting and dashboards.

• Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and proven ability to handle sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
