Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing and interpreting contracts entered into by clients and researching relevant accounting topics to suggest relevant accounting and reporting solutions
• Handling small to medium engagements
• Hands on knowledge and experience with standards like ASC 606, ASC 842 etc.
• Working knowledge of SEC reporting requirements including S-X and S-K regulations
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
• A team player with strong intellectual curiosity, industrious and willing to learn new capabilities

Education:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance
• A Master’s degree in accounting and Finance (i.e. M. Com, MBA etc.)
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA and ACCA, will be advantageous.

Experience:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel
