Job Description
This role is responsible for assisting with the analysis and development of Java and SQL applications.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, required
Skills
• Expert level knowledge of Eclipse and SVN including set-up, version regression and version comparison
• Experience with real time motion control software development and streaming video
• Strong knowledge of advanced SQL is preferred
• Experience deploying same Java codebase onto Windows and Linux
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical thinking and technological curiosity.
• Experience in inspecting and/or reverse engineering JAR files is preferable
• Experience in application and/or product feature design
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to self-manage their daily tasks
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or developing .NET applications is a plus.
Experience
• 4+ years of Java development experience
• 3 years of professional services experience preferred
• Experience with online software solutions preferred
