- Bachelor's degree, required - IAPP certification (CIPT, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM), preferred - Masters Degree, preferred
- 6-8 years of professional services, and 4-6 years of privacy services, preferred - 2-3 years of proven people management - Experience with Privacy Enhancing Tools (PET) - OneTrust, TrustArc, required - Experience with online software solutions, required - Experience with timekeeping and task management software, required
- Strong understanding of workflow technologies/privacy platforms, from a user perspective - Moderate to advanced technical skills: Microsoft Suite proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Extensive Adobe Acrobat software knowledge & experience. Proficient in MS Outlook - Basic understanding of privacy regulations and obligations - Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines - Organized and proficient at managing multiple sources of data and information - Ability to work with a collaborative team - Experience with writing and delivering executive level presentations and reports
