Job Description
Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
Controlling and monitoring of CSPs to avoid deception.
To work towards increasing business performance of CSPs.
Achieving business targets within the stipulated time frame.
To visit/coordinate/attend meetings at local head office.
To establish good relationship with bank's RBO, DSH and Link Branches.
To appoint kiosk operators in allocated urban locations of your area of work.
Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action.
Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits.
To ensure proper selection of “Customer Service Point” location and kiosk operator with vision of business sustainability.
Responsible for ensuring completion and submission of documents at the bank's office for opening CSPs.
Professionally and effectively employs business development skills to achieve targeted sales within stipulated time frame.
Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism.
Desired candidate profile:
Business Development Executive is expected to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Experience Required:
0 - 5 years of relevant experience in banking industry. Fresher can also apply.
