Job Description
  • Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
  • Controlling and monitoring of CSPs to avoid deception.
  • To work towards increasing business performance of CSPs.
  • Achieving business targets within the stipulated time frame.
  • To visit/coordinate/attend meetings at local head office.
  • To establish good relationship with bank's RBO, DSH and Link Branches.
  • To appoint kiosk operators in allocated urban locations of your area of work.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action.
  • Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits.
  • To ensure proper selection of “Customer Service Point” location and kiosk operator with vision of business sustainability.
  • Responsible for ensuring completion and submission of documents at the bank's office for opening CSPs.
  • Professionally and effectively employs business development skills to achieve targeted sales within stipulated time frame.
  • Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism.

Desired candidate profile:

  • Business Development Executive is expected to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

Experience Required:

  • 0 - 5 years of relevant experience in banking industry.  Fresher can also apply.
