Job Description
  1. Experience in managing large teams
  2. Manage joint call with sales team & generate business.
  3. Follow rule & regulation and compliance monitoring in the team.
  4. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
  5. Ensure the set targets are achieved and manage healthy pipeline of Business
  6. Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  7. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
  8. Responsible for Motivating and Management of the Sales force.
  9. Co-ordinate with Sales Head for preparing annual budget and business plan for the zone
  10. Proficient with Branch Dealing/ Franchisee Development/ Sales/ Operations and Risk Management.
  11. Build and maintain Distributor relationships to grow zonal sales, keeping in mind the overall goal of the team. Progress will be measured on a timely basis.
  12. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product off-take, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.
  13. Assist in the development of the annual Sales plan, specifically on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programme plans.
  14. Analyse sales figures on a timely basis to ensure: any emerging market trends are identified early; progress against annual sales targets is closely monitored with corrective action planned and implemented if necessary; and sales opportunities are maximized
  15. Will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales and Marketing, in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives and set business targets.
  16. Manage sales of Insurance, Wealth Management, Insurance, Financial Inclusion & E- governance for East Region

  2. Leading from the front, mentoring and nurturing a strong performing team.
  3. Reviewing team performance identifying training needs and perform training through demonstrations and role plays.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Managing Private Bank relationship would be an added advantage
  2. Large Team Handling experience would be an added advantage
