As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital marketing
team to execute and optimize our marketing strategies across various platforms AND deliver
agreed KPIs. This position is designed for an individual who is not only passionate about the
digital marketing landscape but also proficient in utilizing key platforms to drive results. Your
commitment to execution and ability to deliver results will contribute significantly to our team's
success.
Key Responsibilities:
? Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital
marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and
SEO/SEM, with a keen focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
? Social Media Management: Take charge of managing our social media profiles, with a
special emphasis on LinkedIn, ensuring content is engaging, brand-aligned, and
maximizes reach and engagement.
? Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing reports that track campaign
performance, insights, and outcomes, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions
and refine strategies.
? Implementation Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to hands-on implementation,
ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable results.
? Platform Proficiency: Exhibit a good understanding of key digital platforms, including
LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress, and various paid advertising channels, leveraging these
tools to enhance our marketing reach and impact.
Qualifications:
? Digital Tool Proficiency: Well-versed in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as
Google Analytics, heatmaps, etc. demonstrating the ability to extract and analyze data
effectively.
? Collaborative Skills: Exceptional ability to work within a team, contributing to a
collaborative work environment.
? Detail-oriented: Exhibits meticulous attention to detail with the capability to juggle
multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
? SEO and Content Marketing: Has a foundational understanding of SEO principles and
content marketing strategies, enhancing content visibility and engagement.
? Web Analytics: A good grasp of web analytics.
Years of experience: 1-2 good if it's an agency experience.
KPI : All the KPIs should be measured on a monthly frequency.
? Website Traffic Growth: Tracks the increase in visitors to the website over time,
indicating the success of marketing efforts to attract more audience.
? Social Media Follower Increase: Measures brand awareness growth on social platforms
by counting new followers.
? Increase in ICP connections on linkedin profile, and newsletters: month on month
increase in relevant connections and community growth for nurturing new
discussions/leads.
? Average Session Duration: Measures user engagement by tracking how long visitors
stay on your website. Higher durations suggest more compelling content.
? Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who take a desired action, linking marketing
efforts directly to lead generation success.
? Lead Generation Volume: Counts the number of new potential customers or inquiries
generated, showing the effectiveness of campaigns in attracting interest.
