Job Description

We are looking to employ an HR Intern to provide administrative support for our Human Resources Department. The intern will assist the HR Department with various tasks including recruitment, selection, orientation, updating records, filing HR documents, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies. It allows the Volunteer Members to concentrate their Energies and Efforts on Long-Term Goals, when freed from day-to-day Details.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for accomplishing tasks & daily activities given efficiently with some guidance from respective Team leads.
You will have to manage all HR-related matters including recruitment, screening, on-boarding.
You will have to coordinate interviews as well as coordinate with other teammates.
You will be responsible for collecting and updating database with new hire information.
You should know how to prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
You will have to handle talent acquisition for the company.
You will have to find relevant mediums to get applications.
You will have to be active in group discussions, meetings, and other activities.
You will be responsible for motivating employees during training program.

Person must have good interpersonal skills.
Person must have leadership skills.
Person should have good learner.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Good time Management Skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in team.
Good communication skills.
Person should have a desire to gain knowledge.

WHO CAN APPLY
Person must be graduated, post graduated or pursuing in any of these fields.
Person must be interested in this field.
Person must be available for 4 to 6 months.
Available for work from home.
Person must have phone or laptop.
