Job DescriptionSolution Architect works to build and facilitate a business architecture that leverages enterprise capabilities and efficient usage of process, technology, data and people to align these capabilities. Associate will defines current and future business models and influences the interconnections between the business processes, technology, data and people, and facilitates the execution of these components to drive business performance throughout the enterprise.
Qualification• Graduation or any equivalent qualification from a reputed institute • 6-13 years of experience
Responsibilities• He or she sees patterns in process, data and technology that are common across the enterprise and facilitates efficient execution of the business operation by leveraging these patterns.• This role requires an advanced level of analysis of the big picture while maintaining a level of detail appropriate to the context of a variety of situations. • A person in this role needs to be able to identify critical driving forces of process, data, people and technology at the highest levels. • This role also requires an ability to operate with comfort in ambiguity and to identify relationships and connections between disparate concepts, processes, drivers, details and data, as well as identifying simple patterns in the seemingly complex.• They have good understanding and hold on presentation methods. They are required to conduct internal as well as organizational level training(s).• Achieve results when their stakeholder group is at the most senior levels of the organization and stakeholders (program directors, and VPs), showing their trust.• Facilitation and Negotiation - facilitates and negotiates on a regular basis at the senior levels (Program Directors, VPs) of the organization. • A person in this role requires advanced planning and stakeholder management skills. This role often comes with managerial responsibilities requiring general management competencies as well.• They manages the relationship, pipeline, portfolio and delivery of business value through solutions to the stakeholder groups. • They work to facilitate solutions that not only benefit their direct relationships, but the enterprise as a whole.• They have good understanding and hold on presentation methods. They are required to conduct internal as well as organizational level training(s).• Additional responsibilities can be assigned based on project/function requirement by the respective reporting manager.
