Job Description
1.Assist to organize and control operation and first line maintenance of
utility systems.
2.Maintain machinery space watch. Operate and monitor utility systems and
Control Room.
3.Perform condition monitoring and troubleshooting of utility systems.
4.Perform first line and preventive maintenance of utility systems as per
Computerized Maintenance Management System.
5.Control bunkering operations.
6.Ensure Control Room is kept tidy and in good order.
7.Identify and report utility systems maintenance requirements.
8.Liaise with other departments for coordination of maintenance and
operation activities.
9.Perform sampling and analysis on utility systems in accordance with
requirements.
10.Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning.
11.Assist in relevant parts and consumables stock control.
12.Use the Permit to Work system. Prepare Permits. Follow the Permit to
Work procedures.
13.Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Produce
reports, update records, generate work orders.
14.Prepare required reports, keep logs and maintain appropriate
documentation.
15.Ensure that vendors and contractors are managed safely and effectively.
16.Undertake training relevant to the position requirements.
17.On-the-job-training of subordinates and trainees.
18.Member of Emergency Response Team
Education
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
15 years (Diploma)
10 years (Degree)
10 years' experience in O&G processing facilities with at least 3 years of CCR
operations on an offshore facility preferably on an FPSO.
