Job Description1.Assist to organize and control operation and first line maintenance ofutility systems.2.Maintain machinery space watch. Operate and monitor utility systems andControl Room.3.Perform condition monitoring and troubleshooting of utility systems.4.Perform first line and preventive maintenance of utility systems as perComputerized Maintenance Management System.5.Control bunkering operations.6.Ensure Control Room is kept tidy and in good order.7.Identify and report utility systems maintenance requirements.8.Liaise with other departments for coordination of maintenance andoperation activities.9.Perform sampling and analysis on utility systems in accordance withrequirements.10.Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning.11.Assist in relevant parts and consumables stock control.12.Use the Permit to Work system. Prepare Permits. Follow the Permit toWork procedures.13.Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Producereports, update records, generate work orders.14.Prepare required reports, keep logs and maintain appropriatedocumentation.15.Ensure that vendors and contractors are managed safely and effectively.16.Undertake training relevant to the position requirements.17.On-the-job-training of subordinates and trainees.18.Member of Emergency Response TeamEducation Diploma or Degree in Mechanical EngineeringExperience 15 years (Diploma)10 years (Degree)10 years' experience in O&G processing facilities with at least 3 years of CCRoperations on an offshore facility preferably on an FPSO.Competencies/Skills Skills:l.Good inter-personal and communications skills;2.Good Leadership skills.
