Job Description
1)Organize, control and perform condition monitoring and troubleshooting
of the power plant and electrical distribution system as per Computerized
Maintenance Management System
2)Organize, control and perform maintenance of the power plant, electrical
distribution system and electrical equipment
3)Perform planning of electrical maintenance activities
4)Administer electrical modifications requests under management of change
procedure
5)Maintain Ex rating of electrical and instrument equipment as per design
6)Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning
7)Ensure sufficient stock of electrical spare parts and consumables
8)Liaise with other departments for coordination of maintenance activities
9)Prepare and administer required reports
10)Ensure that vendors and contractors are managed safely and effectively
11)Ensure that vendors and contractors electrical equipment is fit for
purpose and have valid certificates
12)On-the-job-training of subordinate and trainees
13)Assist in competency assessment and performance evaluation of
subordinates
14)Member of Emergency Response Team
Education
Engineering Graduate with HV Certification
Experience and Qualifications
1)Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering
2)Experience in project phases; Conceptual-pre-FEED (FEL2) / FEED (FEL3) /
Detail Engineering related to Oil-Gas/Petrochemical projects
3)Ideal candidate shall be proficient in Electrical High Voltage System -
Design and Engineering with in depth knowledge of ETAP/other electrical
power system software
