Job Description
?Receive and move in to inventory all goods, materials and equipment upon
delivery by supplier or by Freight Forwarder and move same to and from
Ruby FPSO.
?Oversee Customs clearance for all goods, materials and equipment arriving
in India.
?Ensure quantity delivered against Purchase Order is in good order and
report in SAP. Highlight any issues regarding materials received as and when
ientified.
?Arrange all the required services, contracts, clearance for the lifting and
other special operations.
?Oversee Customs issues and act as the focal point with Customs to solve all
issues related to file clearance.
?Take responsibility for Quality and Management standards, inquiries,
booking, delivery terms, custom tariffs, customs procedures and clearance.
?Responsible for warehouse activities, such as but not limited to packing
and/or preservation of equipment and maintenance of warehouse to ensure
smooth day-to-day operations
?Conduct periodic inventory counts and record discrepancies in SAP
?Prepare materials for outbound delivery to offshore vessel. Ensure cargo
manifests or transport orders are correctly filled out and match against items
for delivery

Education
Technical Diploma or Degree in relevant field
Experience
?5 years of relevant experience from similar logistic positions
?Candidates that also have experience from procurement will be preferred
?International exposure is advantageous.
?Familiar with Offshore operations
?Experience in SAP / MAXIMO or any other inventory management tool.
?Previous experience working in a similar role for an Operating Company.
?Previous experience working in a multinational environment is desirable.
Knowledge
?Good understanding and knowledge of the technical, contractual and
commercial issues related to an Oil & Gas shore base operation.
?Good understanding of Indian customs requirement
