Should possess sound knowledge in Grinding operations, ex. ID Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, Profile grinding, CNC turning , Inducation hardening process.
Should be able to streamline the processes to facilitate smooth production & enhance productivity
Will be responsible for Overall shop floor activities in Hard machining section, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations & improve quality standards.
Will be responsible for TPM implementation on the production shop.
