Job Description

 

1. Responsible for end-to-end responsibilities of NPD function.
2. Timely respond to sales team for technical feasibility, costing, project timelines and the related technical queries, information etc.
3. Knowledgeable and hands on experience on five quality tools, APQP,PPAP,SPC, FMEA,MSA etc.
4. Dynamic in project management and should be able to perform under workload.
5. Able to absorb (Quick learner) the new technologies, products, processes, and end applications.
6. Proficient in problem solving, good analytical skill, able to give the technical solutions/support to NPD engineers.
7. Ready to take ownership in developing, establishing and smoothen new ideas for the improvements.
8. Experienced in tool manufacturing processes, able to deal with the tool suppliers.
9. Strong experience in handling the automotive, non-automotive, domestic, and international customers.
10. Good leadership qualities and should drive the team of 4~5 NPD Engineers.
11. Strategical, anticipative qualities for project handling.
12. Familiar and undergone through the QMS system ,IATF 16949 audit, supplier assessment requirements.
13. Well versed in MS Office and SAP, AutoCAD software.
