Implementation of Product & Process Improvements through RCA, CAPA, QC tools.Hands on experience in creating and reviewing PPAP documents such as PFC, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSAMap Quality system performance by doing Process/Product audits & take appropriate actions.Risk Assessment Process Robustness -Manage the risk assessment process &alignment about CTQ parameters, Poka Yoke, Process capabilities.4M change management within organization Knowledge of TPM (QM Pillar)
Coordinate intyernally with all key proces owners for actions against internal rejection and related projects for improvements
must be in Problem solving methodologies
Must be able to handle group of quality guys and guide them
knowledge of customer requirements / CSR and implement them on shop floor
Must have knowledge of IATF system and documentation
should be good at coordination for customer audits and preparation
Must have good presentation and drafting / analytical skill with data managemengt
