Over all contral of QA department
Review of product quality related customer complaints
Review of inhouse supplier and customer PPM
Initiate CAPA for inhouse, supplier & customer complaints
Responsible for QMS documentation ( Plant MR activity )
Responsible for IATF /EHS Certification Audits
Initiate actions for customer Audits
Evaluate customer specific requirements & risk analysis
Monitor COPQ and Rejection PPM
Conducting MR meeting
