) Manufacturing process knowledge and Product audit. ( Maching Process - such as CNC turning , VMC , Spline rolling etc)

2) Customer Interaction for Quality issues. ( Corrective action reports)

3) FRTB review.( Fast response tracking Board for internal and external Issues)

4) 4M change management.( Monitoring & control)

5) Poka yoke verification as per Plan.

6) Resposnible for PPAP activities and New product development. ( Documentation and other related activities)

7) Corrective action for internal and external issues .

8) Rejection & / rework Analysis with action plan for the same.

9) To carry out process capability with knowledge of MSA & SPC.

10) Process and Product audit as per plan
