He should have the CNC application knoweldges Turning and VMC's He should be capable to write and execute the CNC Turning and VMC programs for new parts He should be having the Autocad knoweldge to make the CNC programs He should be capable of preparing process instructions and work instructions He should have the knoweldge on engineering processes He should be capable of preparing the process stage drawings He should have cutting tools selection knoweldge and fixturing knoweldge He should have the SAP knoweldge He should be capable to handle new machines inspection and trails suppliers end to prove out the process He should be capable to study the new drawings receiving from different customers He should be capable of calculating the cycle time required to complete the job He should be capable of establishing the complete process He should be capable to make the shop floor layout He should have the computer knoweldge He should be capable of new process development, qualification and validation He should be capable to commissioning of new machines coordinating with suppliers He should be capable of planning and execution of activities He should be capable of trouble shooting on process
