Job Description 1 Departmental manpower shift wise work allocation and monitoring 2 Departmental spares requirement planning and management 3 Execution of preventive maintenance of utility equipment 4 Ensuring smooth Operation and maintenance for the following systems Power distribution, Compressed air, Process water circulation, Domestic water, sanitery plumbing and its equipments, Gas distribution, regular and emergency lightings,etc 5 Compiling and analysing Energy meter reading, Compressor reading, Water meter Reading, PNG, DG & Diesel reading 6 Inspection and rectification of Office, A/c, UPS and lightings - P2 and all Bays 7 Ensuring smooth Operation and maintenance of Cooling tower, Compressor, EOT cranes, Mono rails, Lifts, Dock Leveler, scissor liftUG sumps, Pumps, OHT 8 Planning and execution of Weekly and Monthly maintenance of Utility Equipment 9 Inspection and daily check of PNG storage, pipings and Diesel storage 10 Allocating and reveiwing breakdowns 11 Execution of Equipment Layout changes, Facility changes in the shop floor 12 Monitoring Diesel, PNG, DM water and Raw water consumption 13 Monitoring of Voice, FA and Data lines 14 Preperation of regular consumable request and monthly budget 15 Coordination with Vendors for Execution of New projects for all Plants - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing 16 Coordination with 5S, Environmental Health and safety team 17 Allocation and monitoring of manpower for Installation and commissioning of new equipment 18 Monthly legal compliance submission19 Knowledge on CAD/PPT/PLC Logic
