1) Self driven and should be able to take end to end responsibilities for the assigned projects.
2) Good understanding of APQP and stage gate program management techniques.
3) Experience with working with customers and should have NPD background only.
4) International experience in an automotive company shall have added advantage.
5) Konwledge of industrial manufacturing process and all standard automotive quality tools (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA).
6) Good organizational and follow up skills; competent in problem solving, planning, decision making,aggressiveness.
7) Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
8) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP software.
9) Ability to deal with a variety of cross functional team members.
10) Successfully manage the program to 90 days post SOP using company program management stage gate and APQP processes.
