A. Recruitment/Talent acquisition • Take care of mass hiring for Retail Operations. • Hiring for Business Support, Loss Prevention, Stock Control and Warehouse • Conducting interviews and align interviews with various stakeholders. • Ensure readiness of new Induction batch by partnering with training personnel. B. Documentation • Overseeing documentation of new batch of joiners • Salary Negotiation • Issue Letter of Intent, Appointment letters. C. New Joiners Onboarding • Take care of new joiners onboarding and provide seamless experience. • Coordinating with Department Heads for onboarding D. MIS • Maintain Recruitment MIS and relevant trackers of open positions E. Rewards & Recognition/ Employee Engagement • Partner with HR colleagues in all employee engagement activities like monthly reward and recognition program, employee connects, festival celebrations, sports, etc. F. Employee Management • Regularly visit the shop floor to interact with employees, listen to concerns/queries and solve them. Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience & Skills Experience • 1 - 4 Years of HR experience in an upscale retail/hospitality industry in talent acquisition and management.
