Job Description
Serve each customer with exceptional service and undivided attention giving prompt, polite and efficient service always
Ensure that the customer needs are met, that they are greeted with courtesy and that they are cared for from the time they enter the store to the time they leave
Communicate usage and benefits to all customers, promoting the use of full product range and close the sale effectively by giving the customer accurate and relevant product information
Listen and use open ended questions and demonstrate your knowledge to help identify the customer needs
Work hard to ensure achieve average sale and unit targets as agreed
To be continuously aware of personal and counter targets as agreed
Actively seek ways to develop the account by maximising use of tools available and outside activity and demonstrations
Keep products merchandised to the highest standards & maintain well stocks shelves. Counters must have an up to date focused display. Initiate display activities whenever possible
Ensure the counters, merchandise and testers are kept clean, tidy, and presentable always
See that stock and promotions are well maintained and replenished and faced according to merchandising and display plans
Ensure all product is security tagged
Provide feedback to the Shop Supervisors of stock shortages, demands etc.
Provide own sales feedback to company and supplier, ensuring it is relevant to the product
Take an active lead in suggesting new products and ideas based on customer feedback
Read Travel Retail literature to be up to date with product trends
Ensure stock counts are carried out diligently
Be security conscious of stock loss and report any losses immediately
