Job Description:

• Manage the airport shop assist desk at departure location for Delhi Duty Free.
• Ensure customer service is timely and accurate in their respective shifts.
• Set specific customer service standards.
• Establish metrics for improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling all service requests, concerns, and incidents. 
• Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly passenger/shopping details as per specified format (Personal Shopping Assistance, Click & Collect).
• Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
• Manage online and offline Personal Shopping Assistance service request.
• Assist passengers for generic airport related queries.
• Should develop basic knowledge on all categories.
• Physically fit to work for long hours standing.
