JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:

A. IT

• To liaise with the IT department and Logistics were needed for information on certification information

B. Reports

• To   assist and support the Retail team with all the required weekly, daily, monthly sales/ stock/ KPI reports
• To be proactively working and analysing KPI performance for Retail and all category/ store level
• Accurate and timely reports to be published
• To keep the report data bank ready for any requests received from time to time
• Coordinating with Retail Operations and other support groups
• Measures performance against set KPIs
