Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

  • Ensure hiring is completed as the defined Manpower Budgets for the business
  • Monitor and track the hiring progress on regular basis
  • Drive Internal Job Postings program
  • Drive Campus Hiring

Change Management Initiatives:

  • Conduct Employee Engagement Survey and generate reports.
  • Drive action plans based on feedback received from stakeholders
  • Drive new policies, processes, and procedures efficiently and effectively


 Talent Management:

  • Partner with business leaders to drive a performance-oriented work culture
  • Manage confirmations across all levels in organization
  • Monitor and coordinate Annual & Mid-year performance appraisals
  • Drive Reward and Recognition program


Functional Excellence:

  • Ensure effective and timely delivery of HR services and processes
  • Drive Employee Engagement calendar
  • Maintain HR MIS
  • Generate Monthly HR Reports


People Advocacy:

  • Regular visit to shop floor with a view to counsel, motivate and handle employee grievances
  • Act as a primary interface between Management and team members
