Job Description

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage Bids of International Market of IT Projects/Services and Visa Processing Services
  • Working with International, Responsible for Proposal Making RFPs, RFX and end to end submission to the client.
  • End to end Presales Lifecycle Management, primarily through bidding process.
  • Conduct market research to gather information on the competitive landscape, pricing, and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and subject matter experts to develop high-quality proposals that are responsive to client requirements and comply with all applicable regulations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including risk management and quality assurance
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in bid management and incorporate them into our bidding process.
  • Lead the end-to-end bid management process, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and handover to operations.
  • Complete ownership for EOI/ RFI/ RFQ/ RFP/ Tender preparation and bid submission
  • Identify key success factors and implement strategic guidelines for bidding.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and evaluate bid preparation activities to ensure quality and timely submission of bids / tenders.
  • Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from all the stakeholders involving contributions from sales, marketing, commercial, legal, delivery and product teams.
  • Prepare Bid Plan and check list as per the RFP submission timelines and requirements.
  • Manage overall quality of the content and professional preventability of the bid documents.
  • Interact directly with Customers for Bid queries and timelines till the Bid submission.
  • Manage the bid budget and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
  • Analyse historical data to identify potential risks, budget for future years, project earnings, and evaluate business development processes and international bidding procedures. Hands on experience in preparing tender offer memorandums, evaluating business development processes, researching potential business opportunities, coordinating with stakeholders to build solutions/proposals, and creating persuasive presentation decks.
  • Perform a thorough analysis and make a final decision on whether to Bid or Not Bid by considering all qualifying factors.

 

REQUIRED CANDIDATES

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, with a strong focus on deadlines and quality.
